Car not picked up

I had to cancel this order with this company. Very poor customer service. Kept being told that 90% were picked up within 7-10 days. After that went by, still no contact from them. Poor handling when I called to see if my car would be picked up. Canceled order. Found a reputable company to do business with and had a dispatch within 24 hours. Still waiting for my 100% refund. Very uncaring. Did not matter at all that shipment was timely. Really did not care that a carrier had not been dispatched. Nerve wracking to find a good company at the last minute. I will never bother these folks again.

Our outstanding record, including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, speaks for itself. We are sorry customer Judy Meador did not have a pleasant experience and we do care about that. Her refund should be appearing on her statement today or tomorrow. The recent snow storms and blizzards have played havoc on the transportation system. We wish Mrs. Meador lots of luck in all her future endeavors.
