The positive is that they got my vehicle across country in perfect condition. They picked up the car on Sunday and delivered it the following Saturday to a depot about 90 miles west and agreed to deliver it to me on a smaller carrier when we arrived in CA the following Wednesday. In spite of some bad weather on the delivery date they kept me informed and delivered it late on Wednesday. The only negative was that I believe they drove the car from the depot to my house because my odometer had 120 more miles than when they picked up my car in VA. When they delivered it they left in another vehicle not a car carrier. I would recommend that if you are going to use this company that you get in writing that they will NOT drive your vehicle to deliver especially over 100 miles. Excluding this issue I was completely satisfied with the service and would use them again.
