I have never transported a vehicle before, so I was not sure what to expect. The price I was quoted was very fair - in line with several other companies I had checked out.
All my contact with Direct Express was via email, so I never actually spoke to anyone, but I received good prompt service and was set up with a trucking company and scheduled within hours of placing my order.
I was called by the trucking company a few hours later, and they told me my vehicle would be picked up the next day, which it was. After they picked it up, the again contacted me and gave me an estimate of 3-4 days for delivery. I got it in 3.
My vehicle showed up very dirty, but the delivery truck had just driven through a winter storm in the midwest, so it was expected. Otherwise, there was no damage to my vehicle.
The driver was friendly and courteous, and dropped my vehicle for me at the end of my street (I live on a dead end road, so turning his truck around would have been a problem for him had he come to my house).
All in all it was a great experience. I would highly recommend Direct Express to anyone who needs to transport their vehicle, and would definitely use them again should the need arise.
