I was told that my car would be picked up within 7 days and was never warned that the time period given might be longer due to the holiday season. Over 2 weeks has gone by and my car has still not been picked up. Once my car is finally picked up, who knows how long it will take for them to deliver it. I was not given an estimated time as to when they will finally be able to pick up my car. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Our outstanding record, including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, speaks for itself. Customer Venetia Babida understood fully when she called to change her ship date to December 19th that Christmas and New Years would likely slow her delivery from Purdue to San Antonio. Only now is everybody getting back to work. We wish Venetia lots of luck in all her future endeavors.
