Car so far not arrived

19 days late and still getting stories that our car will be delivered. Our car was picked up on Dec 7 with a promise of delivery 7-10 days later. We are now at day 19 and our car has not yet arrived and have received NO phone calls updating us. When we call Emanuel we get promises of delivery a day or two later and so on.They should be ashamed of themselves for treating other peoples' lives so neglectfully. Do not use this company.

Our outstanding record, including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, speaks for itself. Customer Dr. Frederick Spilkin is fully informed and his vehicle is due to arrive a couple days after Christmas. Sorry for the slight delay, but Dr. Spilkin needs to understand that Christmas and huge winter storms hitting the mid-Atlantic states are legitimate reasons for delay. We wish Dr. Spilkin lots of success in all his future endeavors and a joyous New Year.
