Originally tried to have vehicle shipped to Iowa. After 2 weeks of waiting to have a driver pick it up and was unsuccessful in getting a driver, decided to try to get it shipped to TN, where we would be for the holidays and we could drive it back to Iowa after holidays. Within 2 days we had a driver and the vehicle was picked up. This part of the process was quick, I guess that there is just not much trucking traffic to the midwest and that was due to the 2 week wait. The customer service was good, they were helpful and knowledgeable. I would use them again!!! I did shop around and had several other companies tell me that they had a driver and could pick up my car in 2 days but they were just scamming me as it turned out. I would definitely use a company that has good reviews on transportreviews.com. If you want good customer service, honesty and reasonable pricing I would definitely recommend Direct Express!!!!
