Do not use this Company!!!!!

I would not recommend anyone to use this awful company. I wanted my car to be transport from Texas to South Carolina on November 4, 2010. I submitted the request online to this company two weeks in advance. They told me it will take 1-7days to be assigned to a driver to pick up my car. They said they would seen me an email to let me know who I was assigned to. They assigned me to a driver through REP Transport and I spoke to the owner of the company and said they will pick up my car on last Sat. Nov 6,2010 and never showed up.They said their truck broke down and would pick up my car on Monday Nov.8 and still didn't show. I had to pay Direct Express Auto Transport $150.00 deposit up front for bad service. The customer service was very bad and they didn't help me by getting me another driver. If Direct Express Auto Transport is going to take your money they should make sure they really help you. So I am glad to say that I went with a trust worthy company that can get there promises. To the public please be careful when you are using auto transport companies because they can rip you off.

Our outstanding record speaks for itself, including our A+ Better Business Bureau rating. Customer Shetoria evidently treated transporting her vehicle as if it were like calling a cab. Snap your fingers and someone comes right over and picks it up in San Antonio and delivers it to very remote Cheraw, South Carolina. Most people are more understanding of the process and things go much smoother for them. We wish Ms. Ellison lots of luck in all her future endeavors.
