Simply put I would not hesitate to use Direct again. You really can not beat it for the price, others will charge you more and might do a better job, but unless you are shipping a McLaren F1 it is not worth it. Use Direct, best deal, best customer service (the ladies are very kind), and they set you up with truckers who take pride in there job and that is important when it is your car on the line. Of the entire experience the best part was the contact I was able to have with the driver allowing me peace of mind and the ability to plan a convenient pickup! Hopefully I will not have to buy another car on the West Coast, but if I do I am using DirectExpress again!
