The woman I dealt with at Direct Express was very knowledgeable about the process and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She was the reason I picked Direct Express after finding them on the internet. The order# was 93277. The driver from Hubbell''s Transport-IN, Jeremiah, had to pick up the vehicle from an ailing 82 year old woman in a secured 5 story building and he made it very easy and stress free for her. He followed my instructions to the letter and had no problems. She commented on how neatly dressed and professional he was. I had only phone conversations with him, and he was forthright and honest during the whole process. Shipping this car was easier than I thought it would be, and the price was the best I could find. Also, it took only a few days from the time I contracted with Direct Express until the time the car got to its'' destination. I would definitely use their service again and would definitely recommend it!
