The company Representative was prompt and courteous. Almost all contact was online and recordable. Phone call only to inform me of pickup time and followup call to confirm that i would be present to hand off the vehicle.
I never transported a car like this before and was somewhat hesitant. My research on the internet brought some horror stories about transporters that were less than professional so I was pleased when the truck arrived and the transport driver was clean looking. Friendly and professional. he answered any questions I had and explained the process of transport and delivery. The transport vehicle was clean in good running condition and appeared well maintained. The delivery was easily accomplished even after the fact there was a last minute change in the street location for delivery. A few days after the delivery I saw another delivery truck from the same transport company and recognized it with pleasant thoughts.
Should i ever need to transport a car again I would use Direct Express and request the use of D& D Transport if they had a driver and truck available in my area.
