I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is seeking A+ service. I found this company through the BBB website after a horrible experience (with the same car) with a another company. I got a quote for my car online and did the booking that way. I promptly received a confirmation email and the very next day my car had been assigned a driver. The car swiftly arrived with no problems/damage etc...
I don't have any complaints at all and plan on using this company again in the future.
The previous company my car sat for over 2 months even after paying "more" money to them after I had already signed the contract and then they once again asked for another $100.00 or they wouldn't pick up the car and would refund my deposit...so that is what I had them do ....however it's been over a month now with no refund and one excuse after another when I call.
So, do yourself a favor and book with Direct Express Auto Transport.
