The entire process was very smooth and easy. My vehicle was picked up on the first day I indicated that it was available and delivered cross-country six days later. I was contacted regarding the pick-up and delivery times/dates 24 hours prior to each event. My car was not damaged in transit. The dispatcher and drivers were very courteous. Hopefully I will not have to transport a vehicle again, but if iI do, I will definitely use Direct Express Auto Delivery.
