The customer service at Direct Express Auto Transport is great. They are very helpful in checking the order and making sure the car is picked up. One complaint I had was towards the truck driver because he was not very good about contact me and letting me know when and where he would drop off the vehicle. I did not receive a call until he arrived near my apartment, so I had to rush from my lunch to meet up. Other than that, everything else was superb.
