I could not believe how professional the entire process of transporting our car from South Carolina to Connecticut turned our. From the first on-line contact with Direct Express and each step along the way, right up until the car was delivered in Connecticut, it went like clockwork. When we picked up the car the transport driver had it off the truck, engine running, and the A/C on. It was pretty hot that day and it was a nice touch on his part. I would use Direct Express in the future.
