Would never use this company

Called 1 month in advance. Paid on July 2nd a $150 deposit for shipment from Massachusetts to California. Was told 90% of pick-ups are performed in 1-7 days. Has been >10 days- and still no pick up yet. Paid extra $50 to increase the likelihood of my car being transported. Still waiting.

Car was initially in Boston. Was told it would be easier to pick-up in the suburbs, so I drove it to the suburbs. Now that I've arrived in California, I am told that the chance of pick-up is higher if it's in Boston. Too late. Very disappointing. Still no car.... and no answers.

Our outstanding record speaks for itself. Not sure why Ms. Chang says she would never use this company when she is still using this company? Sometimes shipments take a little longer than seven days - like this one.
