This was the second time in 1 month I used Direct Express Transport, and both times I was extremely happy with the service. The driver could not to my house directly due to the size of his truck and my narrow street, but was able to get within a reasonable walking distance for both of us. It was as close to door to door as I can expect with the circumstances. He was very courteous and accommodating. I would recommend this company. When they said the car would be picked up or delivered, it was within a reasonable time frame. The car arrived dirty, from road dirt, which I had expected. I really can't say anything negative about the company, service or drivers.
