Everyone was very courteous and friendly, though I didn''t speak with them often. Car arrived within a reasonable time for a very reasonable price. The one small thing I would like to see change is a little more communication. I left my car to be picked up and travelled by plane to my destination and was waiting on my car. There was an email notification that my car had been assigned to a truck, but nothing to let me know that said truck had actually picked my car up. A quick email or phone call just to let me know it was officially en route would have been nice just for ease of mind. The driver, however, did call the night before delivery to confirm a drop off time. The time between when the car was available for pickup to the day of delivery was 10 days, from Oklahoma to North Carolina. Not knowing when the car was actually picked up, I can't comment on how many days it was actually in transit. All in all, I was very pleased with the experience. My car showed up safely and in good condition, only slightly dirtier than when I left it, but no more than to be expected.
