It was a pleasure doing business with direct express. The car was picked up the same day I called to schedule. All of the employees that we dealt with were friendly, and considerate. The driver kept in touch with me and my daughter which we appreciated. I checked the BBB and found that the company was rated "A", and the price was very reasonable I would definitly refer this company to someone.
