My daughter had left to attend college in Texas and I had to ship her Mini Cooper as soon as possible. With all the expenses for college, I was concerned about the cost. I found Direct Express Auto Transport and was impressed with their immediate on-line quote which was quite reasonable. I was also impressed with their Better Business Bureau rating. After looking at several other companies, the choice was clear and I chose Direct Express.
They promised pickup by a certain date and stuck to it. The driver called the day before and the day of pick up to coordinate. He was right on time, personable and very professional. He gave me the date for drop off in Texas which I relayed to my daughter. He then called her the day before and the day of dropoff. She said he was on time and quite pleasant. There were no surprise charges or surprises of any kind.
I would use Direct Express again when my daughter returns home. I recommend them with hesitation!
