This was my first time shipping a vehicle. The people at Direct Express were very helpful and were able to find me a company called PA Port Express to take my car from Harrisburg, PA to Dallas, TX. I was told that my car would be picked up 1-5 business days from my requested pickup date, and it was picked up on the first day, and I was given a days notice. I had relatives receive the car for me at the destination and they also had plenty of notice and just handed over the cashiers check. My car was spotless and arrived the same way. The communication with PA Port Express was great. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience and would use them again.
