I made the order online. I immediately received a confirmation email after I made the order. The service was quick and convenient. Four days after my available pick up date, I received an email from the company notifying me that my car was assigned a truck and that I should be contacted by them about the pick up time and date. The next day the driver called my contact person to pick up the car. However, he didn't give my contact person 24 hour or an 1 hour notice and he had to wait for her to leave work and get back to the pick up location. The driver picked up car from my pick-up location and dropped it off promptly at my apartment the next day. While he was in route, the driver called me and let me know when he would arrive. He also put air in one of my tires that he noticed was low. The driver was courteous and the service was quick.
