We were so skeptical about the shipping of our car from Florida to California. We did some research on several transport companies to compare prices and shipping time. We are very pleased that we choose Direct Express Auto Transport. The contact person kept us informed at all times from the pick up to delivery of the car. She was very polite. The driver who picked up the car was very nice and very polite too. We were very surprised that it only took 4 days to get the car to California. Other transport companies told us that the wait time was between 15 to 20 days. What a big difference. The transport cost was also cheaper than those other companies. And the way Direct Express Auto Transport handled the transport cost was truly amazing. They only asked for $150.00 and the rest of the cost was collected at the delivery point. Unlike other companies who billed the whole charge before they even pick up the car. We will definitely go with Direct Express Auto Transport the next time we need to ship another car. This company truly lives up to their name......Direct Express. Keep up the good service. We will recommend you to our friends.
