After debating the flight, hotel, meals and drive time to pick up our new Smart Car, we found a great alternative at Direct Express Auto Transport ! I'd never had a car shipped before and was somewhat hesitant. After the initial contact and Q&A session with the sharp folks at Direct Express we felt comfortable and elected to SAVE MONEY AND TIME by using their service. Their description of the process, the outline of steps that would be taken and the professional manner in which they handled our angst proved to be right on the money as far as "they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it" is concerned. The car delivery went according to plan, the driver was extremely helpful and nice. He went out of his way to make the delivery easy and quick. The car was in perfect condition and we would now never hesitate to suggest, recommend and promote Direct Express as a wonderful, viable and cost savings way to transport a vehicle. If we ever need to do this again there is only one phone I will make...... Direct Express. Transporting my Smart Car made Smart Sense!
