3 weeks and no pick up

When I booked I was told 7-10 days with 3 weeks at the outer limit. After 6 phone contacts to them and raising the price $50 and waiting 3 1/2 weeks - still no car pick up.
I've cancelled them and would recommend you avoid them. i'm still waiting for the promised refund on my credit card!

Our outstanding record speaks for itself. This customer got a good deal, or so she thought, on a car located in the middle of the Appalachian Mountains near West Virginia and Maryland. Hard to fill up a carrier quickly and ship anywhere from there. The dealership understood that because it happens to them all the time. We contributed $50 more toward a driver (because we are nice). Still did not work, so we refunded the deposit. Over 90% of our vehicles ship within one week. But not in the Appalachian Mountains. We wish Lillian lots of success in all her future endeavors.
