Considering this was the first time I have transported my car cross-country, it was a great experience. A carrier was assigned literally 5 minutes after I put in my request. The car was picked up the following day and I received the car in the condition it was in in a week. Almost completely hassle free aside from the fact that I had to pick up the car from a truck stop since they couldn''t drive the big rig into town. But the truck driver was kind enough to drive back with me to off the car and I then had to him back off. Not a big deal at all. I''d definitely use them again.
