As far as timing goes, everything was processed very fast. A few days after calling Direct Auto Transport, I received a notice stating that my car was assigned a company COVAL transport. The car was picked up within a few days and shipped to my home address days after.

I requested a copy of the insurance for the driver/truck. Are there different policies for different trucks??? drivers???? My car arrived on a DIFFERENT trailer AND from a different driver?? I also took a picture of the milage before shipping it out. My car had almost 30 miles put on it! I called COVAL transport, and they told me it was due to "moving it to another trailer."

Overall, the car came back in the same condition COSMETICALLY, but who knows what was done MECHANICALLY in those 30 miles.. clutch?? transmission?? rims??

After receiving my car and discovering the milage, I called Direct Auto Transport. I told them about the situation and they said they would investigate it. No one ever called me back.

Our outstanding record speaks for itself. We assigned this vehicle within two days of it being ready, picked it up in Texas and delivered it about fifty miles north of Sacramento several days later. Very smooth shipment with no problems whatsoever. Because of road restrictions in the delivery area northeast of Sacramento, the vehicle had to be driven a short ways to its final destination. As the customer reported, the vehicle arrived in perfect condition. We wish Patricia all the best in all her future endeavors.
