The service was almost perfect. The driver came on the day stated in the email. He was very friendly and gave me a very accurate estimate of travel time. He called the day before the delivery and also on the delivery day to inform me about the delivery time. There was no damage.
The only thing I can complain is the dirtiness of the car. I understand the road dust of 3000 miles. However, there were oil stains on the door handles and other places. Apparently, the driver touched the door handles and various places of the car with greasy hands. They were very noticeable since the car is in white color.
