I live in California, 20 years old, and my luxurious vehicle was in Minnesota. All I wanted was my car to be sent here with no damage and on time. It is now done! There were no problems, perfect! Weds was the day it was picked up and arrived on Tuesday.
The Direct Express Agent was Brittany and setting up was really easy. I gave pick up address to destination address information and they took a 150 dollar deposit then waited until I was assigned a carrier truck. It took two days. The person that was assigned to pick up my car was John, he was a laid back honest guy. There was no bullsh** that's what I liked, he always told me on phone where he was and when to expect him. Thanks again John and Brittany. Also, just looking at this website on what other people paid on average, I got a pretty good deal. 575 dollars only. From what I see people pay 900 on average for Minn to Cali. If you want speed and quality, Direct Express is the way to go.
