We needed to transfer a car (for my 16 year old daughter) from family in Hot Springs, AR to Santa Barbara, CA. Within a day of registering with Direct Express Auto Transport they had assigned our transport to a carrier. The carrier contacted our family in AR the next day and arranged to pick up the car in two days. Then the very next day called and asked if they could pick it up early (which worked great). We had a call 7 days later that the transport was in Southern CA and would arrive in Santa Barbara later that evening. The driver called when he was about 40 minutes away and we arranged our pickup point. It all went like clockwork. This was my first experience transporting a vehicle and I'd definitely use Direct Express Auto Transport again.
