I am the most skeptical person in the world. I never knew what to expect. But I was so wrong, these people are great from the initial call to the moment they return your key.Understandable and caring too because those last days in NY I was sooo busy and when they scheduled my pick up day it was impossible for me to be home at that time and hour. I respectfully ask them to come next day to pick up the car and they had absolutely no problem with that and they honored my request with simplicity and understanding.And trust me, if you never moved city to city , you need people like them. In Houston I called the driver to find out his location since I needed to leave the house and nobody would have been at home if I left. They told me the exact location and the distance they had to cover at that point plus an estimated time of arrival.They told me they would be at my address in Houston at 5pm. At 5.15 PM I was driving my car to grocery shopping.Amazing service !!! And one more thing : I tried to tip the driver for his great service and he wouldn't accept it !!! How is that for professionalism !!! Probably, the best private company I worked with in the last 5 years.Thank you guys .You are the best. And whoever doesn't believe you give them my number.
