This was my first time using a car transport service and was pleasantly surprised at how easy and economical the process was. The car was picked up 1 day after the available date and took only 6 days to go from NJ to CA despite terrible weather across the country in the beginning of February. The car was delivered in the same condition that it left here (in fact, my son said it was cleaner, must have had a lot of rain).
I would definitely use Direct Express again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to transport a car.
