My contact with DirectExpress was cordial and professional. The delivery was set-up and I met with the driver from Rocky Road Trucking three days later. I inadvertently left my wallet in the vehicle that was being transported. I contacted the driver who immediately mailed it back to me intact.
My vehicle developed an ignition problem in Texas and the driver could not move my vehicle off the rig to unload other vehicles. He had my vehicle repired at a Chevy dealership at his own expense and continued on his way. Of course I reimbursed him for the replaced ignition.
My vehicle was delivered undamaged and only one day late due to a blinding snow storm that closed down Central Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico
My experience with DirectExpress and Rocky Road Trucking have been truly satisfying and I would highly recommend both companies.
