i would use this service again. The driver was very nice and call me before he arrive at my house so i know what time to wait for him to come. My car arrives early and safely to Washington. At first, i was confused to used close or open truck because i was afraid that there will be scratches in my car from rocks on the way to Seattle but i was pleased to see that there is no damage at all. The price also include full insurance so i was convince to choose the open truck. There is around $500 difference from open to close truck. I would recommend to use the open truck if you want to save some bucks.
