We shipped a 2002 Accord from Milwaukee to Los Angeles. Direct Express had a trucking company assigned within 2 hours. The vehicle was picked up on the first day (Friday) available and was estimated to arrive in Los Angeles in about 6 or 7 days. On Monday I called the carrier to get an estimate when the car would arrive in Los Angeles. I was told that the truck was already in Utah and that we can expect the vehicle on Wednesday or Thursday. It arrived in perfect condition on Wednesday. I would strongly recommend this company. We are completely satisfied.
