I was in an accident while on vacation in the Carolinas from my home state of Illinois. Unfortunately, I happened to be there during the rut (deer mating season) and was driving on a dark road at night when one leapt out in front of me. Needless to say, the idea of having the car towed such a long distance home was difficult to accept, as I expected the cost to be extreme. Direct Express made this as pleasant an experience as it could have been, though, and I received my newly repaired vehicle quickly, without any wear or tear - not to mention I saved myself a plane flight back to NC and another 750 miles worth of extra driving!
