I was impressed with the professionalism. I found Direct Express through Goggle. I was first attracted by the price of transport. When I contacted the company to ask questions before committing, I was again impressed. I returned to the website to commit and found it very user friendly. The car was picked up when promised. I received a call telling me the transporter was approximately 100 miles away and would arrive the following morning or afternoon. I received a call that following afternoon that they were in town. The transporter ran into construction and called to be rerouted. They were able to follow my directions with the exception or my telling them to go north when they should have gone south. When I realized I gave the wrong direction I called back immediately and found they figured it out on their own. The couple that delivered the car was very personable and friendly. I would use this company again if I needed this type of service.
