I had a great overall experience. Once I sent in the deposit to have the car shipped it took a couple days before the driver was assigned, but once that happened everything was extremely efficient. Mario, the driver was excellent and kept in constant communication. He was able to make the drive faster than he originally expected and got the car to me a couple days early. He found an easy place for the both the pick up and the drop off and the entire shipment was a smooth process. My car arrived safely and in perfect condition. If I ever need to ship my car again, I would definitely go through Direct Auto Transport.
