I was completely satisfied with my experience. I was assigned a carrier at first that I was not happy with so I called back to see about changing to another. I was happy that after being assigned already the reps didn't give me a hassle in cancelling. I was quickly assigned another carrier like really fast the next day. I was reassured by the reps at Direct Express that all carriers are screened and I have nothing to worry about I was shipping a Porsche for god's sake. I was told if I had any problems and Direct Express will intervene on my behalf. Well I just received my car early at that from projected date. It was as smooth as I hoped.Oh and did I mention it was at a good price too? I would definitely use Direct Express Auto Transport again. Thanks !
