Was quite surprised when I was contacted within an hour of submitting an on-line request for service. Driver was available and only 2 hours away. Heavy traffic and heavy rains caused the driver to be later than expected but considering that it was picked up within a matter of hours after I requested the service, I was very pleased.
Was kept informed of the delivery schedule well in advance and the driver was on time and was able to the vehicle less than a hundred yards of the condominium parking lot at the final destination. Would definitely use the carrier again if I had to transport another vehicle.
