Direct Express Auto Transport were very prompt and friendly. I called a couple of times and they were always reasuring me that everything was on time and not to worry. When a driver was assigned for our honda civic to be picked up, he called to schedule the pick up at OUR convenience. Very friendly, timely and professional. Our vehicle was delivered in excellent shape. I would highly recommend this transport company for their low-cost and efficiancy.
