The price for the transportation of my vehicle was the lowest of 6 quotes. I was skeptical at first wondering what kind of service I would receive but was pleasantly surprised; the level of service was outstanding. Starting with the people in the office who worked with me on the order to the driver, everyone was courteous and professional. The only down side was when the vehicle was picked up, from the first day that the vehicle was ready for pick up to the day it was actually picked up (3 days) we did not hear from anyone until the day of pick up, when the driver called and said he would be at the house to pick up the car in one hour. Since I work one hour from the house this didn''t work and I had to have the driver come later in the day so I could move my schedule around to get home. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Direct Express Auto Transport to anyone.
