We used Direct Express and we could not be happier with the service we received from start to finish. Their customer service department was great and responsive, and the delivery time was awesome. We have shipped vehicles a number of times to our winter home and this is the first time we used Direct Express. We know we will use them again next time because they are far superior to any other company we have used and the cost was less than we were quoted by the other three companies we contacted.
