I was warned that most of the time the pick up or delivery is unduly delayed. I gave myself a 5 day window so that somebody would be there to pick up the car at its destination. My car was picked up 2 days after the suggested date, but we received the car on the 3rd day in good shape except for needing a car wash. The driver was very polite , punctual and dependable . I would use their service again and would recommend them to my friends.
