The overall experience was great, and I would certainly use direct transport again, the pick up and drop off dates were late by a couple of days, but nothing to stress about because regardless it beat driving 18 hour ourselves. The driver was extremely nice and kept in touch about his whereabouts and his tentative schedule, and the office was easy to set up the transaction. The only problem is they are not in the know about many things, you have to talk to the driver directly after they set up the process initially, which makes it hard when the drivers are on the road so much and you cant get any answers from anyone about pick up times. But they're very reasonably priced and definitely worth using!
