First of all, the rate autotransportdirect.com gave me was a lot cheaper than any of the other companies. So I automatically assumed that since it was cheaper that it would this company longer to transport that car then other companies... but that was not the case! They got my car from Florida to California in 5 days! That was really fast. Way faster than when that car when sent from California to my in Florida.
When it came to the pick up, I was unavailable. I was busy and my phone was turned off. The truck driver left multiple voice messages; letting me know that he was coming, then telling me that he'd have to leave in the early morning hours (for the pick up was at night), then saying that he going to leave in an hour or two and it was my last chance to get my car to him. I heard these voice messages when I eventually turned on my phone. So, of course, I wasn't frustrated with myself that I was busy. But then the company called me back the next day and already had another driver scheduled to pick the car up early the next morning. I like that kind of service.
I highly recommend this company.
