The driver, Chad, was in constant phone contact on the day of pick-up. He ran a little later than he thought he would, but kept me informed on his expected arrival time. That''s all I could expect because of estimated travel times, traffic, and any delays in pick-ups before mine. I am totally satisfied.
On the delivery side , he was flexible enough to accommodate my daughter''s work schedule to arrange for seamless delivery.
Totally satisfied, kudos to Chad, and I will definitely use your services again if I need to transport a car.
