The people at Auto Transport Direct were helpful and courteous, answered all my questions, and seemed eager to earn my business. The carrier they used was prompt in calling to schedule, and with only a one day window, picked up my car the first morning it would be available, and delivered it the next evening. The owner of the carrier called to let me know that the car had been picked up, and then the driver called to give me an ETA, which he beat by several hours, the next day!
Just a better than expected experience, all around.
