Both the team at Direct Express Auto Transport and the Driver from Affordable Transport were extremely pleasant to work with and gave a true sense that they not only cared about my business but took interest in why I was shipping my vehicle. The braking (stop) light switch/wiring malfunctioned on my daughter's car just before returning to college, so we didn't want to drive it on the highway for the 186 miles, especially since the price to ship, from Direct Express, was very reasonable. Immediately after getting back to her apartment, at school, my daughter got a job interview for a part time job. To take it she would need her car up there and repaired ASAP. Direct Express took the Order Wednesday Evening and had a carrier arranged Thursday. They arrange to pick up the car at the time that was convenient for me, which happened to be Friday evening and in the rain. The Driver, that pick up the car, was planning to put the car on the “Big Truck” that evening but then decided to keep it on his “Little Truck” and deliver the car himself. He delivered it early enough the next morning, Saturday, which my daughter was then able to get it to the mechanic and fixed the same day. (Wish the repair bill was as reasonable as the shipping cost.)
