I still havent got my deposit back...

I really wanted to use this company to transport my vehicle, but I didn't even get that far. I gave them a deposit of $150 to put my name on the board and find a transporter. They've taken about 3 weeks to find one, so I canceled my order and they told me I would receive my deposit in 2-4 days. Well its been 2 and a half weeks and I still do not have my deposit back on my card. Ive talked to other transport companies and they say that they can put my deposit back almost INSTANTLY, so I dont know why its taking Direct so long. If the deposit is not returned by Friday, I will be posting another review.

Our outstanding record speaks for itself. Sparkle ordered, then cancelled her order, then thought better of it and reinstated her order, then cancelled again just today. The word erratic comes quickly to mind as Sparkle seemingly cannot decide if she is coming or going? Since she just cancelled today, it will take two or three days before her refund appears on her card, which is something most people understand, but evidently not Ms. Morton. We wish Sparkle Morton the best of luck with all of her comings and goings.
