The custonmer service was excellent, from start to finish the ladies explained all the details of transporting my daughters car back to North Carolina. The actual transport company used was STS transport, the driver was Vladimer. They called us one day before pick-up, then the driver called us when he was about 1 1/2 hours away. At the other end we had one day notice again, and them Vladimer called us with a two hour window when he was going to be dropping off the car. Everything was fine. One note, we were allowed to send some of my daughters belongings in the trunk, your company made a big deal about only having 100 lbs. in the trunk so we weighed everything. When the driver got to our house we told him that there were books and bedding in the trunk, he couldn't care less about that. No concerns at all about the weight. I don't know why they made such a big deal about it over the phone?
